Paddling alone is a killer workout, but PaddleFit’s Founder Brody Welte discovered when you combine paddling, progressive technique, on-land exercises and a healthy dose of consistency, the results were amazing (and clients were having a blast). From this process PaddleFit was born. 

We run PaddleFit Certifications in New Zealand if you’re keen to have a proven system to teach social groups, clients or friends.
